Planning out how you want your business to unfold is probably THE most important step in your journey.  You need to be able to provide clear answers to the following;

1.)  What is your WHY for starting a Home Business?

2.)  WHAT does the business have to deliver for you financially per year to make your WHY a reality?

3.)  What are you going to implement in the next few weeks to measure your progress?

4.)  When do you intend to position for each of the following businesses:

The purpose of doing a business plan is for you to gain clarity around and quantify what it is you want to achieve with your business. Goal setting and recording these goals helps to ensure that the actions you take will be motivated by these goals. Understanding your business and setting these goals is a huge part of being successful in your business.

• Take some time to think about your goals and put together your 30 day and 1 year goals and why you want those goals.

It has also been our experience that really successful LPU business owners are not guaranteed to succeed because of the resources they have to start off with, but rather, being successful will depend on their mindset. A good question to ask yourself at this stage is, “What is my WHY?” Why am I doing what I’m doing? Where is my heart, focus, passions and dreams at the moment? Holding onto the vision of your WHY will be your driving force which will hold your mindset, which will ultimately be the key to your success! Your Business Plan meeting will assist you in these areas.
